  • For Installations

    New installation customers can cancel their proposal within 24 hours in writing without penalty for refunds. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be at Water Works’ discretion regarding the refund amount. Water Works will contact each customer with an installation date. If the homeowner reschedules within two weeks of installation, they are subject to a rescheduling fee. Homeowners are allowed to reschedule the installation date once prior to the two-week time frame without penalty. Each installation is subject to weather and permit approval, where rescheduling can occur with no fees.

  • For Services

    Water Works offers service contracts at a competitive price. The service contracts are neither refundable nor transferable. Once payment is made for a service contract, these terms and conditions are applied. Service calls must be rescheduled the day prior to arrival to avoid fees. If canceled within two hours of arrival, the homeowner is subject to rescheduling fees. If the homeowner is not home for the scheduled service, a "not at home" fee will be applied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. *Only credit cards are accepted for service payments.

  • General Information

    Homeowners are responsible for making all service appointments, including but not limited to spring start-up and fall winterization. Appointments are subject to availability. Water Works provides reminder emails as a courtesy. If the homeowner unsubscribes from email reminders, they will no longer be delivered. The manufacturer will provide a recommended date for shutdown. If you choose to schedule after that date, any damage to the system will not be covered under warranty. All credit or debit card transactions are subject to processing fees. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for our staff and customers, Water Works Inc reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service and/or contracts to individuals who engage in abusive, offensive or discriminatory language or behavior. No refunds or transfers will be issued for any disrespectful behavior demonstrated towards Water Works Inc or Water Works Inc Staff.
